Market Harborough has many pubs situated in the town centre with many a tale to tell regarding the odd bump in the night – usually concerning one of its patrons who has had one too many! However, it seems that pubs (or at least buildings where large groups of people meet) are well known to report some sort of paranormal activity. During my research into hauntings in the town, I discovered that even buildings that now occupy a piece of land where a public house used to stand also seem to have stories of ghosts attached to them, such as the Harborough Theatre or Co-op supermarket. Do ghosts still meet up at their local even though it’s no longer there?
